What To Expect:
- We will meet at the designated time for your selected tour near Sedona. Prior to embarking on your ATV adventure, you will receive a brief safety orientation and be provided with a helmet, goggles, and gloves.
- Once prepared, you will board a 13-passenger van that will transport you to the trailhead. Your guide will assist you in getting situated on your ATV and then lead you and your group on an exploration of the area.
- During the adventure, you will drive up hills and pass by a desert stream, away from the crowds of sightseers. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the red-rock bluffs and steep canyon walls as you make your way to lesser-known lookout points, vistas, and peaceful locations. Along the way, you will even encounter spots that have been featured in numerous Hollywood movies over the past five decades. As a highlight, you will ascend 800 feet to the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, offering incredible views of the Verde Valley.
- Once the excitement concludes, you will return your ATV to its original location and follow your guide back to Arizona ATV Adventure in the van.
Arizona ATV Adventures:
The West Sedona Canyon Tour area is located approximately 8 miles west of Sedona. You will need to make your own way to the departure point, where you will be transported to the trailhead in a 15-passenger van. Once you arrive at the trailhead, the 3-hour tour will begin. This area is known as the outback of the West Sedona Valley and has been the backdrop for more than 40 movies throughout the years. With over a hundred miles of trails to choose from, your guide will tailor the tour to accommodate the age, interests, and skill levels of the group. Prepare to be amazed by the breathtaking view of the Verde Valley from the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, which towers over 800 feet above the valley floor. Keep an eye out for antelope that may run alongside you as you travel through the valley. To ensure your safety and comfort, it is recommended to wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring sunglasses. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the spectacular views!
